Computer Consulting and Repair
Pricing:
-
Hourly Consulting and Repair rate is
$75/hr for any on-site service (during normal working
hours), parts installation, or off-site service outside of
the Off-site Diagnostic charge.

Normal working hours are 8AM to 6PM,
Monday through Friday. Emergency repairs or contract work
requested outside of normal working hours may be subject
to a charge premium.

Off-site Diagnostic service is $65 per
machine.
-
Off-site Ad, worm, and virus removals
require Diagnostic service.

User requested (i.e. no diagnostics
required) Hardware/Software upgrades are based on hourly
rate plus parts and software (if the user does not provide
them). Minimum time charge is 20 minutes.

Off-site upgrades/repairs (i.e. done at
Aisling) will often result in a lower time charge
-
Aisling Computers may charge for
travel time to on-site customers. Travel time is based on
a starting point of Northborough Center,
Massachusetts.

Loaner machines are available.
-
Customer discounts are available for
references and recommendations.
-
Please note that discounts may only be
applied to service (time) charges.
Terms and Conditions

Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss
of data from any and all causes or in any way related to
or resulting from the sales, repair, or service by Aisling
Computers.

Customer hereby releases Aisling Computers
from any claim or liability related to any loss of data
that exceeds the cost of the provided service.
-
Unless specifically asked, we will not
make a backup of your data. Please be sure to create or
request a back up of your data before otherwise purchasing
our services.

If a part has been ordered for a customer,
payment is due at the time of order. In case of denial of
payment, Aisling will take action provided by law.
-
Payment for services is due at the
presentation of the invoice. Invoices that are outstanding
for more than 60 days will be accessed late charge of 15%
for each thirty-day period the payment is withheld.
-
Aisling does not accept the return of
incorrectly ordered parts by a customer. The customer
should check compatibility (or request a check) before
ordering.
-
Aisling Computers do not accept the return
of customized parts.
-
Service requests are performed on a first
come, first served basis. Repair service may also depend
upon arrival of ordered products. Aisling is committed to
completing our service orders as fast as reasonable, but
we are not responsible for shipping mishandling &
shipping time.

Aisling provides a 14-day exchange policy
for off-the-shelf new products.
-
We also only provide a 14-day DOA (dead on
arrival) warranty for new products. After this period, the
customer should contact the Manufacturer.

Used or Refurbished products are not
covered in any warranty by Aisling Computers. Aisling does
not accept any returns for used items. They are sold in as
it is condition with a Dead-On-Arrival 7 days Exchange
policy unless otherwise specified.

Used/Refurbished/Pulled products might
have wear & tear marks or scratches. They are sold "
AS IS ".
-
Copies of invoice/service orders must be
presented when items are return. We will be unable to
accept merchandise back with out receipt.
-
Returned items must be in packed in their
original boxes with all accessories and manuals included.
Final approval of the return is contingent upon receipt
and inspection of returned items, which must be received,
in undamaged and good conditions.

Our Technicians will test products
returned as defective. There will be a charge for testing
products with no defects.
-
The customer is responsible for all
Shipping and Handling charges and will be billed
accordingly.
-
Service charges are not refundable. If the
actual repair charges exceeds estimated quotes Aisling has
provided, the customer may request the cancellation any
further repairs. However, the customer is still
responsible for services concerning any work already
performed. In case of denial of service charges, we will
take actions provided by law.

No Returns accepted for Softwares &
Printers.

Aisling will not be responsible for loss
or Damage caused by fire, theft, testing or any other
causes beyond our control.
Privacy Policy

Aisling Computers is very concerned about
our customers' privacy. Therefore, as standard procedure,
we do not disclose or discuss any services ordered or
invoiced except with that customer.

Aisling Computers collects only that
information required to provide a service, deliver a
product, carry out a transaction you have
requested, and/or complete customer billing.
-
This personal information may include site
location, billing address, contact phone number, valid
E-mail address, location IP address, account passwords,
and computer usage information.
-
Sensitive information such as credit cards
or account password will not be stored on-line (this does
not include contact information or some types of customer
backups).
-
At times, the completion of a service may
involve the installation of monitor software or cookies.
The information gather via this software may only be used
to provide a service, deliver a product, carry out a
transaction you have requested, and/or complete
customer billing.

We do not sell or rent your personal
information to third-parties for marketing purposes.
-
We may share your personal information
with authorized third-party agents or contractors in order
to provide a requested service or transaction.
-
We may respond to subpoenas, court orders,
or legal process by disclosing your personal information
and other related information, if necessary. We also may
choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend
against legal claims.

We may collect and possibly share personal
information and any other additional information available
to us in order to investigate, prevent, or take action
regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations
involving potential threats to the physical safety of any
person, or as otherwise required by law.
